And scientific research has proven that that level of isolation has profound negative consequences on mental health. You begin to go insane essentially. I also have BPD so I began to dissociate to a high level. I dealt with it by getting the fuck out of my apartment with the help of a car and going to the gym 6 days a week.

I don't do drugs or drink, I work out 25+ hours a week at a legitimate MMA gym under a former UFC fighter, and I've written 8 books, two of which have gotten positive reviews from Clarion (writing a 9th right now that Im pretty pleased with). I made my intentions to my gf clear. Like I said, 100% on her if she wants to stick around.

That statement very clearly shows that you have not had an honest conversation with her on the issue - she can't be perfectly fine with your stance while at the same time possibly being willing to break up with you over it.
