I kinda get why the top players in the world might do it, but I joined my city's smash bros facebook group and literally everyone there goes by these fucking dumb nicknames like they're gonna be famous or some shit. Like I just wanted to find some people to play the game with but I'm not gonna go around referring to people as like shadowlord or whatever the fuck. Why cant people just use their fuckin names? Its real life, not a fuckin AIM chatroom.
