darcandkharg31 03/18/18 10:39:17 PM #2:	kinda boring imo, tho I grew up with the show blood, guts and the killing gen. I kinda thought it was stale that all they showed was the alien standing in front of everyone they killed and it cut so you know they're dead but it didn't show it. --- This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine. The Nostramo was actually a multi-story full set of rooms, the scene with the alien gunner was purpose-made for that one scene, they built this enormous 50-foot tall landing foot for the external shot of the Nostramo landing on the alien planet. Just incredible workmanship. Also the movie is so late-70s/early-80s it hurts. I love it. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer. Kill 10 men: You are a monster. Kill 100 men: You are a hero. When the other female character says "oh god" or "oh my god." (I can't remember if she says my or not...) that's her real reaction to the scene. The 3rd and 4th movies are garbage, just skip straight to Protheus and Covenant from the 2nd one, you're not missing anything by doing that. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
