so much worse than spinach. I bought a huge bag of it at costco, so I gotta get through it.

It isn't as bad when it has been stir-fried, but dang, it sucks when raw.

spinach is a million times better.

Yeah, it's so damn bitter. I hate it as well. Brussel sprouts ain't great, but I'll eat them. Spinach is very hit or miss as well.

It's okay. I usually blend it with fruit, some yogurt, and chia seeds.

Also good when stir-fried with spinach.

Never had Kale but enjoy spinach and brussel sprouts.

Kale is awful. Eat Swiss Chard instead. Excellent stuff that is good raw or cooked.

Kale is sour? Has it gone bad? Bitter yes. Dirt maybe. Sour is new to me.

You "need" to try lemongrass. It's grass rubbed in dirt sprayed with lemon soap. Or durian: a pineapple that is filled with rotting beef. Or fresh octopus legs that smell like trout and if you don't chew, will stick inside your throat and kill you.

Kale is not a "fun" food. But there is almost certainly worse. Like raw potatoes.

Blend it in a smoothie TC unless your a raw foods person.

Kale and potato soup is fantastic. It's a classic Portuguese soup and will change your view of kale.

When you throw it in the oven, drench it with oil and cover it in cheese, it's pretty great!

I enjoy kale, it's my base ingredient in a lot of my smoothies. I will also throw some in a spinach salad if I have to rush and finish it off before it goes bad. Never tried chips yet.
