I'm 6'2" 170 pounds.

My heart rate gets really fast when I stretch. Then 30 seconds after it goes back to normal. Lol I feel like I'm 80 years old... or this normal?.

I quit exercising 7 years ago because I lost all motivation. All I do is sit around at my job. I eat junk food and healthy food together. All I drink is water and milk. No soda or anything.

There's the problem. Just getting up and walking / biking for an hour or two a week makes a significant difference.

But whenever I try to do it I get exhausted. If I run 100 feet it'll be like a ran a marathon.

Then run your 100 ft. After a week go for 150. Keep raising it and watch your progress.
