For some reason this reminded me of Dick Marcinko in Lebanon during the '80s... Terrorists kept making bombs in their homes using a particular radio frequency, so he got some government tech guy to rig up a device that would just emit the signal constantly. They drove around the city and terrorists' houses were literally exploding. Rekt.

Some guys in a Range Rover once tried to bomb Glasgow airport. They loaded the vehicle with explosive devices and attempted to drive through the airport doors.

They crashed into a wall - the car burst into flames and they all died screaming.

It was reported in the news as "Confusion at Glasgow Airport..."

One of the guys died from his injuries about a month later, while the other guy is currently in prison. Also, it was a Jeep Cherokee. :p

A lot of them don't. Sure, there's the classic stuff for making terror attacks, but the fact is that a lot of them are simply not that bright. One guy thought he could cause a lot of damage by buying up thousands of fire detectors for their materials to make a dirty atomic bomb. He was more of a threat to himself than anything else. Even among the 'smart' ones there is often a massive lack of common wit.

Remember the guy who put explosives inside himself to sneak past checks then on detonation, performed a perfect rocket jump with no effect to anybody else?
