@BlueMonk_

I was looking at the Chase Sapphire Preferred but wasn't sure about that annual fee. Are there any decent ones without fees?

The best travel rewards cards are all going to have annual fees. Those perks don't come free.

The Chase Sapphire line of cards are some of the best in the market. I have a Preferred and love that thing to death. One of my favorite features is Shop Through Chase where you can access a multitude of online stores via the Chase portal and earn an insane amount of points per dollar depending on the store. For example, for Vday, I used Pro Flowers via the Chase portal to get my fiance some flowers and earned a whopping 15 pts/dollar spent.

If you're not earning enough points to outweigh the annual fee, you aren't making/spending enough money per year to justify having one.

Yeah I guess I didn't really factor in that $95 is nothing when I get $625 in travel dollars for spending 4k in the first three months which I would do anyway on my debit card.
