I don't know who she is, but she kinda reminds me of that Clayface-esque character that Batman Beyond had. She was pretty rad. Don't remember her name though.

You mean Inque? >_> Beyond really didn't have that many rogues and she was one of the few that got a lot of appearances.

Maybe because her name sort of sounds like nocturnal emission. Because that's literally the first thing I thought of before entering this topic. Though they might also have been objecting to the sexualized nature of the character design.

Reminder - Bruce Timm has drawn a lot of softcore cheesecake "porn" of comic characters, and sometimes that bleeds through just a little too much into his character design sketches.

No big loss, though, considering she's an incredibly obscure nothing character. Even I had to look her up, and I'm a huge comic nerd.

Well, true, Tala was certainly a thing.

But my assumption is that they were less able to get away with that sort of thing earlier in their relationship with DC and Fox, but were more able to call their own shots later once DC was more comfortable with them as creators and their stuff got moved over to Time Warner-owned networks.
