That only is valid if there was actually a possibility of there ever being no market for CP. Since CP will always have a market, killing ONE guy for "enabling" doesn't do anything for the core issue. The only way anything could be done for the core CP issue is if being caught with ANY CP resulted in death and that is too extreme IMO.
