Probably 70% of my orders (especially same-day/next-day with their terrible contracted carriers) are late, lost, or arrive with the wrong item nowadays.

The quicker their service has gotten, the shittier it's gotten.

I ordered a package a few weeks ago. Took it like 1 day to get from the west coast to the midwest, but then another 4 days to my house from like a half hour away

But yeah it's weird because I live literally 5 minutes from a DC too.

And I made a version of this same topic with the very last order I placed with them too, because they fucked that one up lol.

Which country do you live in?
The only thing I dislike about Amazon is their poor packaging. I've received damaged item, bent steelbook etc. While they do replace it, it's still a hassle. I still haven't encountered your problem though.

California, and right by a DC. Half the time I think the contracted carriers they use for same/next day (Uber-esque) just steal the shit or drop it somewhere.

Quite the opposite for me, seeing as distribution is 25 miles away.
A lot of my 2 day orders come in 1 day, and actually had 1 come same day.

However, for those others who aren't located here, it's 2 days. In the race case ONTRAC gets a hold of a package... 3 days.

I spend a lot of cheddar on there.
At any random time if you ask me, I bet I have one order in.
Right now 2.

They're refunding me since it was from a 3rd party, and asked me if the original does show up to either refuse it, return it, or pay them back if I want to keep it.

I'm in CA too and yeah, they've been less than ideal. Mostly because of the people who actually drive the trucks. They overwork 'em probably because no many people wanna be delivery drivers.

I live in the same city as the largest distribution center in the western USA. They use Amazon logistics, not contractors. And shit gets here super full king fast.

yep the service of delivery was pretty lousy last time. amazon did fine. it's the shipping by UPS.
i ordered a burnt orange color pullover and lego dimensions starter pack. that one arrived 2 days late i should of complained.

Because of the distribution center and Amazon logistics, if you order next day, or even two day, it's there promptly by 11am

AZL always messes up for me too lol. It's so weird because like I said I'm literally a 5 minute drive from the DC.
