I live in the same city as the largest distribution center in the western USA. They use Amazon logistics, not contractors. And shit gets here super full king fast.
AZL always messes up for me too lol. It's so weird because like I said I'm literally a 5 minute drive from the DC.

Honestly I always complain if it's even a day late. They'll usually comp you a month of Prime or something.
