See this kinda stuff almost every day but this is a new level of stupid. Fat bitch is on her phone while driving the scooter. None of the kids are wearing a helmet, she is but that's only because she would get a ticket if she wasn't.

Technically everyone is supposed to be wearing a helmet and only 2 per bike but the cops don't really care. As long as the driver is wearing a helmet then they'll leave you alone (unless it's at night then they don't even care if you are wearing a helmet or not).

It's the same with cars. All seat belts have to be used but it's cool to pack 30+ people in a 10 seater van as long as those seat belts are used.

Thailand but pretty much. I see kids as young as 8 or 9 riding scooters and stuff here all the time.

Funny thing is, people don't wear helmets for that reason, especially younger people. You'll see everyone on scooters/motorcycles with a helmet but everyone on bicycles wear them. Having an expensive or nice bike helmet shows off how much disposable income you have and Thais are all about making themselves look rich. I know a guy who bought a BMW S1000RR (like $30,000usd). He's practically broke, barely has enough money to feed himself and he lives in a really shitty apartment but the bike makes him appear rich and look cool so he doesn't care.

I see what you're doing. In Ohio at least, mopeds have to have pedals. That said it is likely classified as a ~50 cc motorcycle.

It was either a 110cc or 125cc scooter. Probably 110cc.
