The entire show is on YouTube, and there are some really funny bits, like this part where one of the kids talks about pretending to like one parent over the other so the other parents buys back his love.

But it also has a bunch of lame unfunny bits.

I actually like the little continuity nods that are in the background.

When the crew goes to the haunted island, you can see Maxs fuck the police boulder just sitting in the background after he used it to try to kill the hamster a few episodes before

I didn't want to like Camp Camp. I basically resisted watching it when it first came out, then sort of wound up liking it in spite of myself.

Miles (who writes the show and who plays David) can definitely be a bit over-the-top at times, which can be a problem.

Yeah, I see what Miles is going for with David, but he lacks a lot of range for key points, and it shows.

Also, the main cast have really nice designs, but some of the outside people (those two cops, that one guy at the repair shop, etc) just look really out of place and ugly in comparison.

Its surprisingly clever when it wants to be though. Im glad Im taking the... 3 hours(?) to get through the entire show so far.

Michael has said that David basically IS Miles to some degree. Maybe it's harder to step outside of the character and see where it's lacking when its basically a caricature of yourself.

A hamster surviving after being hit with a catapulted rock and being sent flying half a mile to an island is one of the less outlandish things in this show.
