Current Events > My girlfriend and I just ate one of our favourite pizzas. What does CE like?

We ordered out from one of our favourite take-aways. I got a 16 inch pizza.

On the tomato puree base I got Spicy Chicken Green Chillies, and Sweetcorn.

Then a layer of cheese on top to completely cover it.

On top of that layer of cheese I got Chicken Balti, Pepperoni, Onions and Tomatoes.

Then on top of that another layer of cheese.

I told the guy to put everything on randomly instead of an even spread. That way each slice is different and you dont know what youre going to get.

This is how we normally order pizzas. Of course well have different toppings.

What does CE like?

I don't like pizza.

I've been trying to experiment more, but the only pizza I've ever had is plain cheese and pepperoni.

Any suggestions?

The more elaborate gourmet pizzas I try the more I think it's a better food when kept simple.

Thin crust, cheese, tomatoes, maybe one or two toppings - do that well and it will beat some kind of stuffed crust goats cheese lamb roast caremalised pepper and basil calzone any day.

costco used to have calzones (favorite thing at costco) they took those away
costco used to have deep dish pizzas (also a favorite) they took those away as well

I like thin-crust and wood-oven fired pizza but I'm curious to check out New York styled pizza too.
I like most types of meat except sea-food, lamb (and really anything funky) in pizza and prefer it be a tad bit saucy. I don't mind onions, various peppers and vegetables in it. I also enjoy eating pizza with a dip or two.

i'm going to be having pizza for the next 2 days. unfortunately any access to get sandwich stuff is going to be harder till then.

costco is cheaper for meat compared to safeway (maybe not as cheap but higher quality) might get the costco brand this time instead of hillshire farms (only difference is a half pound of meat) but it has roast beef.
