The world is beautiful too, enjoyed every second of riding roach and panning the camere thanks to self*driving AI :v

Especially Skellige. I went around the entire island, looting all the wrecks. That took me several real world days because of how exhausting it was.

Looting Skellige's sea caches is great when you need beaucoup bucks for the runecrafting quest, but otherwise, it's not an amazing thing to dive right into. Those who can't wait should at least get the best saddlebags to carry all that crap -- I think the Kaer Trolde armorer sells 'em.

Yeah a lot of the side-activities should be left alone until you need 'em, they're absolutely tedious filler nonsense especially those god damned crates.

I'm like level 10, headed through Velen, just finished the quest with the 3 Crones. Thems spooky mother fuckers. I assume I'm nowhere even near close to getting somewhere in the game right? I'm kinda worried about getting burnt out.

You'll probably finish the game in the mid-thirties, I believe, though you can go higher. But yeah, if you're just dicking around Velen for "In Ciri's Footsteps" quest stuff, you've quite a ways to go. Remember, main quests (and contracts) give you most of the XP you'll need, not killing random mooks. If you power level too high, quests outside the recommended range -- I think it's 5+ levels above it -- start giving decreased Xp gains.

But anyway, exploration's one of the most fun parts, but it's easy to get overwhelmed when you're just running around strange new places.

I did all the sidequests I could find before beating the main game but I gave up on question marks and treasure hunts early on because they started to feel like busy-work. If it didn't have a fully fledged narrative attached, I ignored it. Only exception was if it resulted in an armor/weapon upgrade that suited my build.

I enjoyed riding and walking around the world, especially at times where the ligth shines between all thsoe rbanches and shit, dawn and dusk are beatiful.

I "100%" Wticher 3 GOTY. One of my favorite games ever, but I enjoyed the slow burn pace. The quotations are because I didn't loot all of the skellege chests. Tried the northern ones but nope,d the rest because it was pointless. All other quests, ?s and content was done though (at least what you could do in one playthrough).

I beat Witcher 3 three times and I never messed with the Skellige ship wrecks a single time. Once you can make Witcher gear no random loot will match it.

This si the main reason I hated infamous 1 and 2, when 2 came out I was floored by how much better it looked so I started after being burnt by the first, and I said NEVER AGAIN.

Then went Second Son was annoucned and it looked amazing I noped the fuck out regardless, but then First Light came out free for PS+ and I tried for a bit, turns out its the same shit so I noped the fuck out too lol.

All of the good content is found with an exclamation mark or the main quest. I don't think you need to follow a single question mark to find a well written quest. It's all shit like a treasure chest or a monster nest.

You post this in every Witcher 3 topic, and still haven't figured out that you're looking for Yennifer for the first 5 hours of the game, totally unaware of Ciri's return.
