BADoglick 02/24/18 7:57:52 PM #17:	I work in a bank call center. A lot of disputes are filed regarding videogame transactions. Our debit cards run through visa, and when you file a dispute for fraud, Visa accepts liability and has to pay for the fraudulent transactions.
