Design wise they probably just thought he was too "big" to have a mirror. Same reason there isn't a Zelda mirror.
Storyline wise (lol) it's probably something to do with the Ganondorf-Zelda-Link spirits being intrinsically tied to Hyrule and the Triforce. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Maybe because of the nature of the three main characters, they never got an equivalent in Termina. But they did in Lorule, so that's kind of strange.
I guess Termina was meant to be portrayed as "This is sort of like Hyrule but definitely isn't." And Lorule was just a straight up parallel universe. --- Ah, yes, the Negotiator: General Kenobi <sneaky beeping> ... Copied to Clipboard!
