I'm pretty sure it's less than 80 GB on PC and it didn't need an "enhancement" for 4k

They're probably the same size, it's just that PSN has this weird way of compressing downloads and unpacking it during install so you require twice the space to actually install the game. So basically Sony is trying to save money by forcing the consumer to have more space than necessary.
I learned this launch day of Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen because it kept getting stuck for hours.

I pulled the BF1 file size from what's installed on my HDD though

Maybe it was an incomplete install or something
