Honestly, I'd create like a massive RPG, with tons of sidequest. Something like Skyrim but bigger and with actual depth. Gameplay would be like a souls-like, since I like those. And it would also have a flying function, so you can explore both the Earth and Heavens. The quests would have lots and lots of outcomes, and the main story would have various different ways to be done. Like if you had multiple games in a single disc. It would also have lots of clothing and armory, since I love customizing the look of my characters. It would also have a deep as fuck character creator, deeper than Black Desert.
