they've practically been giving every single MCU film a 90% ever since Avengers. I've been noticing this stupid trend to see that it's largely bias than fair judgment at this point.

I'm not hating on the MCU films or trying to say they're bad, but scores like this only show how full of s*** the 200 or so of the SAME film critics on RT are. Do you people seriously think all the MCU movies are of such calibre to deserve such ridiculously high scores? Was Spiderman Homecoming really that good? Was Doctor Strange really so stellar?
When even Last Jedi was pretty s*** yet got glaringly good reviews from all critics?

Has no one just stopped and thought, why the hell is every Disney movie suddenly near perfection? Or maybe Disney has all the film critics in their pockets by now. For those that don't know, Disney has been known for barring media outlets that go against their interests. Why, not hard to imagine.

wouldnt be surprised if they do. Sadly the majority of people still believe the almighty film critics like the flawless, unbiased peeps they all are. Did I mention it's always the same critics reviewing the films?

i always noticed it since the very day I went to RT and realized how full of s*** and biased critics are. Tell that to the 99% of movie-goers who still look at that big red bar to make that big decision in life for them. Be right back, I'll post this on the Movies board and you'll see what I mean

Marvel is well-executed. For all the faults I have with them, they're entertaining enough to be worth a movie ticket. And the fact is most movie audiences dont want substance, they want to be entertained, which those movies do greatly.

I do feel that they won't age very well, though. After the original actors' contracts are up, maybe in ten years we'll start seeing articles like "Were the Marvel Movies as Good as we thought they were?" Or "Was Iron Man ever good?" Lol
