I saw this same kind of thinking when Black Panther was announced. "Anyone who dislikes this is just a racist". Let's not act like movies and movie reviews don't get politicized. I found it interesting that both negative reviews came from outside the US where critics wouldn't need to worry about a massive backlash against them. I'm not saying the film is good/bad/somewhere in between since I haven't seen it. In the comic Thanos was literally in love with Death but I think it will be more metaphorical in the movies I'm sad that Deadpool got Vanessa/Copycat instead of Death.
