ForestLogic 02/05/18 6:40:29 PM #1:	I actually didn't see it coming. I knew all the other leaders had legendaries but I didn't put two and two together. When Giovanni had one Pokemon left I assumed it was a Persian lol. You can imagine my surprise when it turned out to be fucking Mewtwo. And then we he mega evolved, that blew me away even more. I actually lost the first time fighting him, can't remember that happening to me since I was like 7 years old playing RBY. First time I've ever been actually legitimately challenged in the single player of a Pokemon game my entire life. I'm really glad to see Giovanni actually be competent for once. Second_Chances 02/06/18 12:57:28 PM #10:	basically had to make sure Dugtrio's entry hazard didn't happen, which could only be reasonably done either with my Cinccino or if the Quick Claw on my Lurantis procced, then pray Mewtwo would roll low against my Florges because the only other thing with any bulk was Togedemaru which Mewtwo could hit weaknesses for with Drain Punch and Earthquake taking out Necrozma with Focus Band Mirror Coat Corsola was the real high of the run though <cite>Second_Chances posted [p:895574653] in Fuck. Giovanni got the Darth Vader treatment. ~~He was a cool mafia boss. He wasn't trying to take over the world, the same way Darth Vader was a cool empire agent before they tried to turn him into space Jesus.~~ Mindless nostalgia pandering is not a good thing. And the fight was easy. Well yeah the majority of the fight is a piece of cake. But a level 70 Mega Mewtwo with multiple Full Restores is nasty. Also personally I'd rather see Giovanni go full blown mega villain than "Sigh, I lost...
