It happens the the best of us. Of course at no time when I was looking for them for a solid half hour did any of my friends point out that they were on my face. People I go back 20+ years with. It was at a campout at a friend's cabin. I'd taken a nap in my hammock and woke up with the shades still on. I guess my brain reset like Bender waking up and resetting as a penguin on that iceberg and everything being red was normal...there were copious amounts of alcohol and other things involved.
