27 y/o Bug Eyes, Andrew Oswalt, a Chemistry Doctoral Student from Oregon State University and student government member is facing a FELONY CHARGE after he posted racisst bumper stickers on cars outside a food co-op last year!!

He was indicted for 2 counts of intimidation and 2 counts of criminal mischief and his bail is set at 157,000

The intimidation charges are listed as hate crimes and his bail was RAISED to 250,000 as he plead "not guilty" and remains in custody

Ryan Joslin, a deputy district attorney said "This is a hate crime inspired by ignorance, fueled by racism and aimed at people of colour. It was his intent to terrorize both individuals and a group of people"

He placed racist bumper stickers with racist slurs against African Americans on 2 cars belonging to social activists parked outside the First Alternative natural foods co-op.

They were used to cover up cars in support of immigrants and refugees as the group works to mobilize white people to aid folks of colour and take action on issues pertaining to social justice

An employee found anti-Semitic leaflets on every car windshield in the arking lot and photos surfaced showing Oswalt giving the NAZI SALUTE from a highway overpass as he held a swastika covered flag on Holocaust Rememberace Day outside the home of a man who praises the extermination of Jewish people and marched at a white nationalist rally.

Andrew was part of a Trump rally trying to intimidate social activists and brought a GUN. He tried to cover up his face so that he would not be outed at these rallies and posted on his facebook that Trump would bring the world to its knees and make White People the SOLE race left on earth

I don't really understand the charges unless you consider an unwanted sticker vandalism.

Like how can you not get arrested running down the street shouting Heil Hitler but you can get arrested for this. Aren't they both freedom of speech?
