the act of making a large (more than 4) portion meal for the explicit purpose of being eaten later, ideally stored in single-serving bowls or tupperware. Saves money and cook/clean time throughout the week instead of hitting up a place with ready-to-go food like a burrito place or burger joint, and done so often with a kitchen scale so one knows the approximate caloric value and macro nutrient ratio of their intake.
