I play Doc in Rainbow Six Siege and he's one of the best characters to get kills with. I refuse to let these turncoat-ass Attacker-only players tell me who to pick

I played Moira for the first time a few weeks ago and like 3 people kept yelling at me to change to Mercy, that she was the better healer. Like bruh shut the hell up it's just casual play. If you want to he that serious play ranked or with a team.

i don't really have that experience in qp

mostly because I usually get at least two people who are hanzo/widow/genji in my team so they're already useless

I literally just started playing this week and am still learning everything so naturally I suck.

I have been surprised at the lack of people bitching at me for sucking. Granted usually at least 1 other player is my roommate, but he's the one that finds games and so we play games with other people at level 100000 but no one has told me to leave or anything.

It's usually solved by never playing Comp. Ever. Just don't do it. If you have comp points in your profile then you're part of the problem!

It's pretty rare to get those people taking qp super seriously. But it doesn't bother me. If I join a game and we already have 5 dps locked in I'm gonna pick widow, idc.

players always instalock dps characters, but why wouldnt they? theyre the only characters blizzard actually gives a fuck about. they always pretends like a balanced team comp is the surefire way to win, but then they reward people for picking 5 dps. For example, theres zero reason mccrees ult should be able to wipe a team in less than a second, but its a thing, so why wouldnt people play him?

they only way they could get folks to play healer is by putting moira in, and people only play her so they can focus more on killing than healing anyway

McCree basically never gets team wipes with his ult. It's way too easy to counter. Every time I play DVa and there's a mcree on the other team I eat every single one of his ults

McCree basically never gets team wipes with his ult. It's way too easy to counter. Every time I play DVa and there's a mcree on the other team I eat every single one of his ults

I should note that Im playing on console, where any ability that gets kills without requiring you to aim is absolutely broken

well yeah, at that point nothing you do really matters.

come to think of it, i usually play with 2-4 people in a group, though so my experience is different. at least two of us are gonna go tank/healer. If i'm playing alone, I just do FFA.

Mercy is still a top tier healer. Other healers are all really situational except Moira but Moira's ult sucks compared to other healer ults.

The community is huge and there will always be people whining about something. I played wow for years so i knew overwatch was going to be the same in terms of forum whiners and constant nerfs.

Not just Overwatch, I'm hard-pressed to think of any MOBA or class-shooter I'm playing right now that isn't full of tryhards in casual, full team DPS insta-lockers, and metas that shit on tanks/healers.

Moira's ult has a really strong heal though.

This is maybe just me though but I find it so annoying when an enemy Moira blinds you with it because that beam is colorful and bright as hell.

It tricks you into thinking it has a nice heal but it's actually a shitty Zenyatta ult that also does a little bit of damage.

It still does heal 120 HP per second on hit. I mean yea Transcendence is awesome with 300 HP per second but Coalescence isn't too bad for pushes.

the ult isn't useless, it's just more limited in scope and also turns you into a giant glowing target while you're doing it that isn't invincible.

Learn another character. Or realize that not being a must pick character while still actually being viable isnt the end of the world. And yes, Mercy is still viable lol, she just doesnt trivialize the other Supports.

As for Coalescence, its not meant to be a team fight flipper, its meant to be a pushing Ult. If she had a team fight flipping Ult she'd be considered the Junkrat of Supports.

Tracer actually has a really high skill cap. It's extremely difficult to stick bombs and get out without having your face busted in.

I miss the majority of my bombs as tracer and occasionally blow myself up.

I play Soldier, Moira, Ana and Reaper quite regularly too

It's not about "learning" another character, it's about team comp

And if my team is a bunch of sweaty DPS heroes, I have to adjust accordingly

And as a Ana sub is absolutely atrocious to try and do anything with her but hinder the other team. Teammates won't stay still, you don't regenerate health so you can't get in close to fight enemies, and your bio grenade is better spent denying the enemies a heal
