The Right spent 8 years literally making shit up about Obama from him being a socialist, a marxist, a fascist, a muslim, stealing their guns, an elitist, Benghazi, a hater of white people, etc.
In their minds every one of those charges was SUPER SERIOUS and 100% real so now that Trump is actually having a scandalous and chaotic presidency they see the left's complaints as sour grapes.

It's such a false equivalency but they will never admit that.

Pretty sad but kind of makes sense.

Benghazi actually did happen, but that was a Hillary thing so...

But as for the marxist/muslim/facist shit? Not really. I think he did write some paper in college that might have had marxist ideas (or something that was seen as "bad" that I don't remember the specifics about) but that's not really anything substantial.

Nah. Actually I think the stuff Obama's behind goes even further than what anyone's predicted. Just in the past few days we've learned some more details about how his administration turned a blind eye to child rape in Afghanistan, and photos of him posing with Farrakhan which were one of many, many things the media refused to report on. These particular photos were kept under wraps for 13 years now, back when Obama was denying any involvement with the Nation of Islam on the campaign trail. And there's more, we really have only scratched the surface on the corruption, the scandals that were all around him. To this day the networks are still sitting on audio from that dinner where he praised a Palestinian terrorist, for example.

The day I lost all respect for Obama was the day Fast and Furious happened. When I first heard that, I said "okay, the rumor mill has gone too far, no one could've possibly done something like that." And then it turns out he did. So since that day I have not doubted anything else that's come out about him.

Republicans don't believe the Russia stuff because 1) the liberal media has lied about pretty much everything, and 2) it was the Obama administration cozying up to Putin with the literal reset button, pulling missile defense out of eastern Europe which is what got Ukraine invaded, "tell Vladimir I'll be more flexible," "the 1980s called and they want their foreign policy back, Romney, Russia is not a threat to anyone" - and now the left wants us to ignore all this and pretend they were always the biggest opponents of Russia. Well, that dog won't hunt.

When did Obama say he wanted to take away our guns? Was that when he removed gun restrictions set up by Reagan and Bush?

Even if he wanted to he was smart enough to know he couldn't and had far better things to do.
