The licenses are all over the place and can be worse depending on country.

I don't think there's one consolidated place to get them anywhere. I'm not sure all of them have even been officially released in modern formats (?). Hell, even some of the ones that were released on DVD are now out of print and cost a small fortune. It's a mess.

Netflix use to have a lot of the original movies on it. I don't know if they do anymore.

I've been a fan of the series since 1991. It's a chore to try and find 'em all.

Now isn't really a good time to become a fan of the series unless you're only interested in the films made in the 90s or later. The old ones are really difficult to track down and a lot of them are out of print.

Try your local library. I don't know about other libraries, but mine is part of a county-wide network (possibly includes other counties, idk) that shares movies, and you can request a movie from any of them to be delivered to a library of your choice. A great way to watch movies without having to buy them in general, btw.

I started watching the Godzilla movies by borrowing them from the library. I stopped after Ghidorah and haven't got back to it yet for whatever reason.
