I know a few retired folk who do jobs to keep themselves occupied (after all, if you stop moving around when you retire you usually don't last long) or for some extra spending money, usually for grandkids and the like. But they're also the type who were born right at the cut off point before Reagan and his successors helped strip down 401ks, other retirement plans and of course stock options from a lot of standard workers. That said, there's plenty of others their age who made the cut off but were in soon to be outsourced or redundant industries and lost out on a lot of those comforts if they reached retirement age. But besides those old folk?
