What you are picking:
1. Which team will win -- and by how much?

Quick Explanation:

Scenario A: Both users pick different teams.
Whichever player picks the correct team, advances.

Scenario B: Both users pick the same team, and are right.
Whichever player is closer to the score difference advances (over or under)
Next tiebreaker: Points scored in the game
Next tiebreaker: Total Passing yards
Next tiebreaker: Total Rushing Yards
Next tiebreaker: Highest Point Differential
Final Tiebreaker: Higher Seed advances

Scenario C: Both users pick the same team, and are wrong
Whichever player has a lower spread that still wins
Next tiebreaker: Points scored in the game
Next tiebreaker: total passing yards
Next tiebreaker: Total rushing yards
Next tiebreaker: Highest Point Differential
Final tiebreaker: Higher Seed advances

Scenario D: One player does not send a pick, the other sends a wrong pick
The player who sent a pick advances.

The higher seed advances, with a 3 point penalty on all tiebreakers in the next round.

Are you folk cheatin' off each other's paper? lol

I think I picked the same number for passing yards or something last week as my opponent. Either that or we were both one yard apart. But foxhead picked the Saints, and I took the Vikings, so it didn't matter.

All in all, those are some pretty similar tiebreaker picks.

I will gladly accept this outcome as long as the Jags win.

Just looked back at the tiebreakers, and while the score looks bad for me right now, if it does happen to be exactly 43 and comes down to that tiebreaker, I'm pretty sure I should win, since I'd be off by 3 points instead of 4. >_>

Thanks, and yeah I feel the same; I would gladly given up the picks victory for a Jags win. At the end I was just praying I could get some small sense of victory though. Would have been crushed if New England added points in the closing 2 minutes.

Yeah, I hear you. This New England team is good relative to the weak AFC field they faced, but pretty bad compared to their past teams. It'll be real bad if Foles faces them I fear. I actually prefer the Eagles' defense though, and I don't know if Keenum and the Vikes' defense will be enough.

Too many injuries to star players this year made the rest of the playoffs hard to predict which is exciting, but the Super Bowl has a good chance to disappoint.

I think the Eagles would have won it all if Wentz didn't go down.

Also some changes I'm thinking of making for next year.

-Obviously no lock in the playoffs.

-Thursday Night Football probably won't be exempt from Game of the Week. Though I'll try to avoid picking it unless it's really the best option.

-Thinking of adding a new type of lock called the Upset Special. Not sure of what kind of limitations I'd put on it (maybe once per season?), but basically you'd use it in place of a lock (and yes, it'd count toward your LOCKED teams). If you get it right, for every person who got it wrong, you would get 10 points. If you get it wrong, for every person who got it right, you would lose 10 points.

-Might not keep track of Home/away next year. Not sure most people follow many of the spreadsheets. (I only keep track of team by team for playoffs, and because I like seeing which teams are easier to predict)
