There is only one 3ds emulator and it still can't run games as fast as the handheld console. Buggy and crashes a lot. Try playing a pokemon game on it.

it's made by the 3ds emulator devs (citra) which is hot garbage so I don't have high hopes. Bummer it isn't by the CEMU guys, that shit is coming along great.
