18 y/o Hillbilly, Daniel Bennett from Alabama was brought to a judge for the first time after he was caught by a homeowner who saw him MOLESTING his 20 y/o female HORSE on MULTIPLE occassions!!

The owner, Francine James found Daniel on the female horses' barn and Daniel had told her that he just wanted to "pet the horse"

Her husband held Daniel at gunpoint for trespassing until police arrived and police found him wearing a trench coat and in possession of a "burglar's tool"...

This isn't the first ime that he had come to spend time with her horse named Polly as they found evidence in the stall that he had maybe been in there 7-10 times as toilet paper was found, hay stacks removed and items been turned over and that's as "far" as Francine will go.

Daniel is charged with the crime of bestality which is listed as a "misdemeanor" alleging he engaged in or submitted to sexual contact with an animal.

Do you think bestiality should be a prison charge?.
