Wtf Eth. More and more do I keep celebrating the fact I swapped my LTC out for it last month. I just wish i can get one of my alts to give me a 5x or more gain, because i really want 40+ eth before the summer

Market sentiment is overall very sad, which is a great signal. When the folks on Reddit start wondering if they should convert to fiat that usually means you should buy. Greedy when others are fearful.

If you zoom out on the BTC and LTC charts you can clearly see consolidation after the 19K/400 ATH rallies. Hell even the crypto total market cap is consolidating after its ATH (though that's less helpful since the value is muddled by the XRP/TRX rallies). My thoughts:

ETH has saved the market. This ETH run in the midst of a crypto bloodbath showed us that people still want to invest. BTC and LTC despite their slow bleedouts still have buying support on their dips. In the next few weeks the consolidation for BTC/LTC will end and I believe we will see a breakout upwards, and it's going to be a big one. Hopefully it will coincide with LN upgrades and atomic swaps.

Like always, I base this entirely off nothing.

Oh man I'm actually really liking all the prices I see on CMC.

Even if all cryptos went sideways for months I'd be happy, let's consolidate here so we can springboard up later.

So my first bad experience.

I transferred 800 Stellar from Poloniex to the Stellar wallet so I could move them into my digital ledger and the transfer failed with "completed error".

So 800 Stellar is missing in limbo. I opened a ticket last night but no dice yet.

They said not to open multiple tickets but I just opened another one with a few tweaks.

You buy some coins at $10 each. A few weeks later you buy some more at $20 each. A few weeks later you sell a small a portion of your stash at $30 each. What is your cost for the coins considered to be? Do you just take the average price paid per coin?

Total crpyto market cap is still only $800B and there is plenty of garbage in the top 100 cryptos like obvious scams and vaporware. I'm not worried about the coins with actual value like BTC and ETH, they are the Googles and Amazons of this bubble.

Yeah, I don't think the Kodak thing us good for cryptos. I do like the idea of a digital gold that that you can store some wealth in, but I do think people are in a frenzy over thinking that everything is better if done on a blockchain and that there needs to be a specialized coin for everything. In that regard, I think that most coins are smoke and mirrors.

I dont think the major coins will bust, though. The shit/hype coins will, but not things like Eth/btc/ltc. Ripple looks like another that busted, like tron... but people need to quit panicking over ltc/btc being down.

Yes you can do that. Or you can just buy the ETH outright using cash/fiat and transfer it immediately to Binance for BAT.

Yes, which is why i buy eth only now. BTC transfer fee is insane. Ltc is quick, but not many exchanges seem to trade for it.

If the bubble burst it wont be a complete collapse. BTC has been through multiple collapse and has bounced back each time.

One country doesnt control crypto. There are still countries that pour money into crypto like its a bank account. If the US market decides not be part of crypto then so be it. We will just fall behind like we currently are with everything else.

Its hard to say without sounding like some tinfoiled hat nutjob, but crypto is the future now.
