Could you elaborate on this? @KILBOTz so at my company what happens is I need to explain the contract signing process in SAP to my director for approval. In a normal world I would bring up the system and do a demo real time. but for my director I need to use the 2018 power point format, no more than 3 bullet points on a slide, use at least 1 graphic per slide, no less than 6 slides. So my prep time increases from ~5 minutes to ~2 hours, I then do a worse job showing the system since they are static screen shots and the meeting would take 45 minutes instead of 10 minutes if I just demoed it live. basically if things are not in a familiar format, leadership is too stupid to follow what is happening.
