I've always had Windows Starter edition so i can't even change my desktop background without using an external program (Almost all of which don't work anymore). What is this wallpaper engine, and why are Abigail and Lavania not in my life? It's a cheap software on steam that lets you change your wallpaper to all sorts of stuff that range from wallpapers with musical themes, equalizers and even animated wallpapers and stuff. Doesn't really hit performance either, also worth to note ~~the workshop is not censored~~ Is that Abigail wallpaper on steam?
