I had a pair of crocs I used for gardening and I left them out in the sun one August day. They went from a size 7 down to a baby shoe while in the sun. We'd very occasionally have to call off work because of the heat. Usually if there was no wind and the work was 100% outside. The biggest tell would be one guy would start acting really fucking weird and angry for no reason at all.
