Do you think this kind of surrogacy is wrong?

32 y/o Rachel Wilcox from Kentucky did the ultimate act of love by offering to be a surrogate to her SISTER IN LAW by giving BIRTH to her own NIECE after her sister in law was left infertile by cancer!!

She was with her sister in law, 33 y/o Amanda Patterson when he was diagnosed with stage 3 cancr colon cancer and said she could not have a family...

Rachel is married to Amanda's brother, Michah and volunteered to be her surrogate after her doctor suggested it at a check up.

She said "Her words stuck in my head. After i discussed it with Micah, i suggested it to Amanda and Reid. Luckily, they accepted and now have Adalyn Rae, the baby they longed for. Seeing the immediate mother and daughter Between Amanda and the baby was incredible. If they ever want a second child, i would happily be their surrogate again"

Rachel gave birth to 8lb Adalyn Rae Patterson, who they named after her in Ohio 2 weeks early.

She says she has an incredible "bond" with Adalyn but doesn't feel like it's her child.

Amanda says her sister in law was the most selfless human being she's never known and was devastated she couldn't have kids of her own because of the cancer..she offered to BREAK UP with Reid back in 2014 when this was known but he stood by her.

Once the 2 couples agreed to proceed with the surrogacy, they chose gestational surrogacy where the baby isn't genetically related to the surrogate as it involved Amanda's egg inseminated by Reid's sperm and implanted into Rachel's womb.

Their gratitude to Rachel is never ending and they thank her for what she did for them as she gave them their dream of a family

Do you think this kind of surrogacy is wrong? let's see what people think

Well, it's weird but it doesn't involve any of her own genetic material so... I guess it's okay? In some senses, she's more of a mom than an aunt.

Not wrong no. I'd personally use a outsider though.
