I haven't seen the actual video, it hasn't been in any of the articles I sorted through. I can see how mental health and suicide awareness can be raised in such a way, depending on how it's done, I believe. It's a tragic thing that many people blow off. Did they laugh or mock the body in the video or something? Not understanding the outrage.

Throughout most of the video they were laughing and acting like school children. His followers are mostly young girls and boys.. You don't see the outrage? Really?

What I see is a bunch emotionally immature people feigning outrage about an emotionally immature 20 year old behaving how people typically behave around death. And, while distasteful, hes a vlogger so we shouldnt really be surprised

Yeah how dare we cause an outrage. I had 2 friends who committed suicide. Both who had severe depression. Who would film and mock a dead corpse for views. Takes a pretty sick head if you ask me.

I do question somebody who would walk right up to a dead body like that, and then acted shocked. Specially how the people in the video were trying not to laugh. It just makes me question his motives and how his apology should have been less "I could make a million views without a dead guy. me me me me" and more about him apologizing for even allowing that person to appear in the video.

Now let's reverse that. Let's say it's fake. You know somebody who committed suicide. Said Youtuber goes to a place where people have actually killed themselves. And fakes the entire thing for views.

Both situations are incredibly distasteful and show a lack of empathy and actual human decency.

Vice actually has a really good documentary on Japan's suicide forest on YouTube. Vice is yucky, I know, but this one was very well put together, and follows a volunteer that frequents the forest to look for people, both alive and dead. It has a somber tone to it, but there's something really inspirational about the kindness the man in the video exudes, especially dealing with such macabre material. Definitely worth a watch instead of the Logan Paul clown.

The main issue is that he knew what he was doing. They actually WANTED to go in and find a dead body. Their original intent was a spooky episode. Then they see the dead body (Which by the way, was behind a gated area that you're not allowed to go into). Their eyes light up and they see an a chance to get more ad revenue and views.

Not only that, but his first apology was pretty much one of the most self centered, narcissistic things I've seen any Youtuber do in the past when it comes to apologizing. His video apology was also trash. He's not sorry and he knows that this is just going to bring him more views. His fans are too young and ignorant to find out how terrible he really is, and the parents are unaware of the scummy shit that him and his brother pull off.

I think Aaron Paul just did it because of the misguided hate sense his last name is Paul. Sophie Turner jumped on him for his apology, and so did a ton of other people. And rightfully so. Both him and his brother are scumbags and deserve it.
