I bought the wrong part for my computer. Basically unhooked, wrapped back up, and it's exactly how it was.

Just a PCl wifi card.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes, in fact, Amazon is so bad with verifying the returns that you could even send them an old circuit board from a DOS computer and they'd accept it. Warehouse deals are annoying because of that crap.

It should go back to the payment method you used. I don't remember if they give you an option or not.

They give u an option on some cases. Usually they just credit u back

What card did you get, and in what way was it wrong, if you don't mind me asking? I recall you looking for a wifi solution to hol you over until you had a hard wired line in place the other day.

I bought one that didn't update for Windows 10
So I'm getting a similar one that is W10 ready
I was so mad until I realized I could get my money back

Last thing we returned was a pole chainsaw that we were probably using wrong (followed the directions but it wasn't cutting right). Amazon took it back plus they paid for the UPS guy to come pick it up rofl.

I love their customer service. I've been using them since 2005 or 2006 and I've only had to file maybe half a dozen claims but every single time has been a very positive experience.
