The basic gist is that some pretty kids go to high school and are also vampires and sometimes werewolves and are constantly catty, passive aggressive, and melodramatic. Its a typical tween soap that cuts from high school and love triangles to murder. So youve got some extremely self absorbed teens murdering people while worrying about the winter formal or a shitty teacher in the following scene. The formula could work as satire, but its played straight with samples of modern indie pop. Everyone is an insufferable selfish twit, but she eats this shit up. Women are weird.
