So we had a great date and everything was going well but when it came to sex i finished before we started and had performance anxiety then when i finnaly was ready again i lasted less then a minute
We kissed and parted ways

And she didnt text me later that night or the next day
Ahe disabled her last seen on whatsapp
And hasnt replied to my texts

I'd rather she just tell me she's not that into me rather than just stop talking out of nowhere. Even a text could do that. It's exactly the same as applying for a job. Getting a call that you didn't get the job is so much better than being unsure for days or weeks on end. Of course, the 1% that freak out (whether it be when not getting a job, or not getting a girl) make it so the 99% suffer.

And this is why basing relationships on sex doesn't work.

Sure, you performed absolutely terribly but if she had actual feelings for you, she would have been more understanding of your "problem". Then you could have practiced at getting better together.
