This whole month for me has been:
- Fracture tooth unknowingly, hurts like a bitch - Dentist says another tooth is bruised - Go back to dentist-- they actually find the fractured tooth, saw my tooth off, give me a temp. Oh yeah, and a filling fell out elsewhere. "We'll get that for you when you get the permanent crown" - Put in permanent crown weeks later. Skip anesthetics for the filling cause "its small" (OUCH WTF GUYS!) Oops-- hold on, the crown didn't fit right, let's saw your tooth down some more and not apply any more anesthesia than we have to (it wasnt enough) And now the permanent is sensitive to temperature and biting certain things. I think I'm gonna find a new dentist. --- Working in a team is great! It always helps to have someone else to blame. ... Copied to Clipboard!

My grandmother had an old world remedy for a sore tooth. All you have to do is chew some aluminum foil while scratching your fingernails across a chalkboard.

how do you bruise a tooth Only the outermost bits are actually hard. The next layer down has roughly the consistency of chalk (except way more porous), and there's blood and nerves inside of that. Whack a tooth hard enough, and it essentially gets a miniature concussion. ... Copied to Clipboard!
