Go back 7 years to create a weird variety stream that cant die.

I dont know how any streamer breaks into Twitch or other streaming media these days.

If you get really really good at CsGo or Over watch you could probably get a decent crowd, but you would need to be really good, like pro level.

Same if you could join a top 10 MMO guild or something.

well i mean its not like no one can do it. i wish people would stop saying this. what, all people watch the same 5 twitch streamers and thats it? and if they quit twitch goes out of business?

Why would you want to stream on a site mostly for gaming if your not good at it?

Na, I would say there will always be people who want to see the classics. Just have to do what you can to get the word out, stick to an advertised schedule, Announce ahead of time what you will be playing and make awareness of it. Once you have a bit of a fan base make polls to find out what people want to see more of and keep going from there.

I strongly believe that anyone can be successful with their own brand of entertainment. You might not be a household name, but you could still be well known online in the right circles.
