LG remake next instead of a DPP one

The larger models instead of sprites tend to eat up more screen real estate, giving the player a more limited POV. I can see what the OP is saying, but Kanto as a region is pretty bland given it's the oldest one. There isn't much that can be done to change that short of setting it in a totally different time period or otherwise giving it a major overhaul (which wouldn't happen in a remake). Sinnoh is possibly my favorite region, given its size and diverse environments. Trudging through the swamp and tundra were a bit annoying, but those could be fixed without changing things much. Plus, obviously the selection of Pokemon, moves, items, etc. (actually found in the game) would be far greater, which would make better use of the modern features.
