Juicy turkey DOES exist! It's a Christmas miracle! I didn't prepare it myself, but I showed the video to my mom and her boyfriend (who can be a stubborn individual) and he liked the idea. So we ended up with the best turkey I've ever had. So good I had FIVE helpings.

I've done it the past couple Thanksgivings, but I don't remember ever suggesting it. It does result in a great turkey though, glad you were able to give it a try!
