Yes No View Results 17 y/o Brett Adkins from Plano, Texas was killed while trying to sell MARIJUANA to 2 suspects on CHRISTMAS EVE!! The cops found Brett suffering from a single bullet wound to his left chest on Christmas Eve at 9pm.. The Plano West High School student was rushed to Baylor Hospital where he died after midnight on Christmas Day... He drove to Irving to conduct a marijuana sale as he met his potential buyers in a botched sale before one suspect took out a gun and a fight broke out. He fought with the 2 suspects before one of them struck him on the chest as both suspects fled. Brett was expected to graduate in 2 years and comes from a wealthy family where he's the son of a prominent local businessman, Bill Adkins, where he spent working at his Dad's car dealerships as a car washer and volunteered at a animal shelter. His profile said "As of now, i am focusing on my grades to achieve a high GPA and get into a good school because i am a people person, i would one day like to end up in a career wher i can be involved with epople from various backgrounds" His father is the president of Trophy Nissan, Toyota of Dallas and Nissan of McKinney. His mother, Vicki is a fashion stylist and he also had a 20 y/o sister.
