I have a 4K TV now (well, I have to take it back, lol) and I'm not going to download a lot of things on it, so I don't think a whole lot of memory

But I thought there was a newer version of the PS4 out or something

The pro is more expensive, and technically better.

I bought a 1tb skim (the less recent version) a few weeks back after trying the pro. Not noticing much difference to be honest.

Just don't go for a 500gb.

Right now the only god damn thing I want to play is Kingdom Hearts. And Persona 4, I guess. I already had a PS4, but it broke, so I own games on right now with my account

Pro is the best PS4 you can get, however if you want a true 4k experience Id recommend the Xbox side of things. An Xbone S does everything a Pro does and is damn near half the price, whereas the X is borderline next gen.

I personally have a standard PS4, Xbone S, and 4k tv. My PS4 can still do HDR gaming which is nice, but when I want a game to look good, I play Xbox. I do most of my gaming on PS4 because Ive always been a Sony guy, prefer that control, and have a bigger hard drive on it.

But for now, on the hardware side, Id say Xbox won this gen.

Yeah, I did know that. Thing is, the games I want to play are on the PS4 and not the Xbox, which kind of sucks. But I really want to play the Kingdom Heart games now

i dont understand why people keep saying get the Pro for 4k

Get the slim. With the pro you get pseudo 4K graphics for some games but basically no increase in performance, so who cares if your textures are slightly nicer but the game is still capped at 30fps.
