theres been a ton of bad shit thats come out in the last 24 hours about how bad the workplace environment is, treatment of women and minorities and poor/corrupt management

obviously ive heard about the above three happening but not as rife and widespread as the reports detail

its just disappointing when you work with some great people and teams, while theres some rotten fuckers at the core who believe they can get away with sexual harassment or putting others down

and i feel complicit since i work for the same company

Also, hasn't there been loads of shit over the years about them. Especially the higher ups.

I would have thought at a place like that that you'd be more concerned about being pulled up by HR and fired over something innocuous, to be honest. Vice seems like the kind of place where you'd get fired for telling someone you like their shoes.

From what I've heard it's very cliquey and you're more likely to be fired for not fitting in enough. But maybe the stories aren't true
