Intense pains inside your skull

I have a headache almost always once or twice per week but everyday(while not fullblown headache) I always feel some amount of pain in my head. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
I can barely do anything on my phone or else my head starts pounding.
Needless to say, it's really annoying.
Apparently frequent headaches runs in my family. Both my parents get them often as well as my siblings. I dunno why.
I've never had a migraine yet though.

I have epilepsy related migraines. Medication controls the seizures, but only weed helps with the headaches.

I have Chronic Daily Migraines from damage to my neck as a child. I can't take any of the modern medicines because my heart reacted poorly to them. I take 2 old school meds for them that help a tiny bit. Most days they are bearable but sometimes i have to get a shot at the er for them.

Thanks for the empathy, it's a pain (figuratively and literally). I lead a normal life, I just have to manage symptoms. I still play sports, (minimal contact) inline hockey specifically, but I always smoke before and often pop a prescription ibuprofen after. And I can still work, but I get FMLA. I can call off, show up late, or leave early as I please which is nice, but I lose pay. Which I can't afford, because health insurance, medication, supplemental cannabis all cost money, in addition to the normal bills. So it's nice to have the option, in practice it's hard to justify using it most the time.

I get 2-3 migraines a month, usually. On bad months, maybe 6-7.

My mom had migraines all her life and about a year ago she started getting cluster headaches and they seem awful. Hopefully they don't happen to me.

Kinda. I have what I assume is tension headaches more or less constantly due to anxiety. Probably due to the muscles in the head tensing up just as most of my muscles tend to do.

I get a few per year, less than one a month on average but I wouldn't call that almost never.

It's very rare. Up until my mid 20's I think I'd only had maybe 2 migraines in my life. I always had fairly bad insomnia though, and it eventually started hitting harder. After a few days of little to no sleep, I tend to get sick and have strong light sensitivity, which causes migraines. Still, to avoid them I just need to stay away from light until I'm feeling better(usually an hour or two) and I usually don't have to worry about them much.

Edit: Normal head aches are pretty rare too. I get them a lot when I'm sick, but I usually don't get sick much. So generally I might get one every few months or so. Had one a few days ago, an ibuprofen took care of it though.

Probably. I had a head ache before but not in a number of years.

My best friend used to get them really bad. Like, they would be so bad she had to leave school and would walk home. And usually throw up on the way back.

Very rarely. Pretty much only when I have a hangover and I only drink once or twice a year.

I usually get a headache if I don't eat breakfast soon after waking up. If I lie in bed for too long, the head starts to ache.

I don't get migraines very often but I do get them monthly due to my cycle triggering it.

Aside from that, I had sprained my neck badly from a car accident and it wasn't diagnosed properly as whiplash until after I had a massive migraine. After that, I would sometimes feel the strain and pain and then the migraine even if there was no visible cause; usually happens as the weather changes.

I enjoy an annual round of cluster headaches, lasts about 3-4 weeks. They usually happen when I'm sleeping, so as a special bonus I wind up an insomniac during that time as well.
