Nightmare_Luna 12/27/17 2:57:35 AM #341:	the ultimate level 999 superboss in rebirth 2 is pretty bullshit even maxed out at level 999 it's not guaranteed you'll win. this is of course assuming you're fighting it head on and not using some cheese strats which i think exist but i don't know what are your team member options? nepgear - absolutely mandatory. nepgear is the best. she does the most damage. uni - why. all she offers is damage and she gets outdone by noire. rom - decent. her big issue is that her heal is pretty short ranged and while it's a bigger heal, there will be a point where rom is going to run out of mana and you will have to restore it, potentially costing you the battle. ram - like rom but without any of the useful things rom has neptune - as this battle is for neptune's ultimate weapon, she does not have hers yet. unusable. noire - best backup dps option, not as strong as nepgear but can put out very good damage vert - don't know or care, didn't use vert a single time throughout the entire game. blanc - mandatory. has aoe def/mdef buff that you will need to be constantly re-applying, also the best combo builder as she has a 7 or 8 hit rush attack combined with skill link to allow nepgear her EXE every turn if - nerfed from rebirth 1. offers nothing but damage. see uni. compa - your other healer option. compa compared to rom is more reliable, her heal is only 50% but covers a MUCH wider range and due to godly disc will never run out of SP, the disc recovers 499 SP per turn and her heal costs 500, you'll have 9999 SP at this point. compa also has the best guard breaker in the game on the event she gets a spare turn, able to chunk the break bar by quite a large amount. the issue with compa is not getting the bonus defenses that rom would from HDD, putting her at risk of a dragon raid OHKO. if dragon raid OHKOs compa you pretty much have to reset since you'll lose a ton of momentum this boss is bullshit btw, took me 45 minutes after 3 resets due to dragon raid compa oneshots if you're wondering where the rest of the cast of rebirth 2 is on the list, they aren't viable options as they do not recieve ultimate weapons or armor. --- "That's not a character, that's a set of bondage gear that can cast Ice 2."
